I really enjoy working at JAN-PRO Systems. Great teams of kind people at the corporate level, smart and driven regional developers, and incredible opportunity at the franchisee level to completely change your career trajectory.
Do not book with this company. I promise anyone else is better. Very unprofessional and even the owner takes no ownership of their employees work.
I’m extremely disappointed with the cleaning service provided by Jan-Pro. Nothing is ever consistently clean—trash is often left in bags, the floors are untouched, and the bathrooms are a mess. The toilets aren’t properly cleaned, and there’s never a fresh or clean scent afterward. It genuinely feels like no real cleaning is being done.
