Do not book with this company. I promise anyone else is better. Very unprofessional and even the owner takes no ownership of their employees work.
I’m extremely disappointed with the cleaning service provided by Jan-Pro. Nothing is ever consistently clean—trash is often left in bags, the floors are untouched, and the bathrooms are a mess. The toilets aren’t properly cleaned, and there’s never a fresh or clean scent afterward. It genuinely feels like no real cleaning is being done. Terrible company. Terrible business practices.
I do not recommend this company. They run franchises with business owners who hire shady independent contractors to come clean your property. These independent contractors are ex felons and gang members. When the company was notified about the conduct of their employees, they had no regard for rectifying the situation. These are not the type of people that you want in your business establishment. They are very aggressive and create a hostile work environment for the customers and for their coworkers.
