The receptionist, hygenist and dentist were all very friendly. They explained to me what was going to happen before they proceeded and explained even further with pictures the meaning of the pocket depth of the groove between your gums and teeth. The examination and cleaning was very thorough and didn't feel rushed at all. I would highly recommend Dr. Jativa to my friends and family.
