Hes not taht bad of a doctor....if he were to be that bad....then hell be out of a job....hes still practicing at saddleback and his patients usually give good reviews.
The employees there are so rude. I was referred to Lisa and she put me on perm hold. I didnt hang up, after 20 min later, Jennifer got on and was not nice. She kept say she wasnt interested...when she had no Ideah why I was calling. If I was the owner, CEO. I would not be happy of how unprofessional they are to people. Sorry you missed out...If the CEO reads this, email me, we will talk. And I would never refer or go here for medical assistance,
Dr. McCann took great care of me, showed great concern, and I couldnt have been happier.
I had bunion surgery earlier this year. I am very sorry that I ever went to Dr. McCann. I have been in much more pain ever since I had the surgery and I have an awful scar on top of my foot. He didnt call me the night after surgery to see how I was doing like most surgeons do. His staff gossips right in front of patients and is rude. I now have to go to another Dr. to have my bunion corrected and take more time off of work!!
He couldnt even treat a plantar wart after three months and just left me in even more pain.
