Tried ordering flowers for a special occasion, extremely disappointed by customer service and response from owner. Called shortly after their opening time. (9:00 am), Jan answered the phone and told me she needed to call me back. Jan said it would be within an hour. Two hours later no call. I called back and Jan answered. I expressed my frustration that she hadn't called me back and her response was ...we are busy in the process of moving...business is very tough right now...I don't need customers like you. Wow!
