Tried ordering flowers for a special occasion, extremely disappointed by customer service and response from owner. Called shortly after their opening time. (9:00 am), Jan answered the phone and told me she needed to call me back. Jan said it would be within an hour. Two hours later no call. I called back and Jan answered.
