I love Dr Jan, but very disappointed Express Scripts contacted her. 3 weeks later, still no meds. I left message regarding my meds. Shawna sent only 1 script to Express Scripts prior to her contacting me. Very disappointed the doc isn’t keeping an eye on my chart to see I needed refills. Did not respond to Express Scripts leaving me w/o 4 medications. Also, No follow up on daily hives for over 3 months! Yes, still have them. Dr Hathaway was to consult w Dr Jan.
She was very professional and caring and I liked her demeanor.
Dr Jan, take time with you and always answer your questions about your health issues I love the way she never makes you feel as if she's in a hurry.
