I was disappointment and frustration with the service I received from JAMS today. Despite being given a specific two-hour delivery window, your drivers arrived after the window time and were only available to assist for a short time (20 minutes). This resulted in my fiancé missing two hours of work and if he wasn’t there my sectional would of been just left outside. I attempted to call and pay to hold a living room set posted on Facebook. My call was not returned, so I reached out on Facebook. The next day, I was told the item was still available, and if I left my number they'd call that day. I tried calling in the morning, no answer, never received a call back. The ad was still on Facebook, so I decided to stop by the store shortly before closing and they apparently sold it a couple hours earlier. Extremely poor communication.
We enjoyed the great service we got when your guys delivered our dining room table! It's a gorgeous table for half the price of other stores too! That totally helped our budget especially buying a new house recently 🥰 i have my eyes open for a dresser that will fit my bedroom next. See you soon!!
