Deleted my previous review because I got my call back. I will see how it goes.
They gave me an estimate for $8k, then tried to charge me $14k because they ruined the first well they did. I would like to give them a good review because they worked hard, but they never told me I was going to be paying more and they didn't have me sign a change order. They also hit my electrical lines 3 times and pulled it completely off the house. I'm confused why I have to pay so much for all of this that happened.
Ive had no water since Nov. 3rd. They were contacted that day. It is Nov 15th. I still have no water. They came out on Nov 7th ,did whatever they do and left. Nov10th they decided I need a new well dug. It is Nov15th. Won't do well until Nov 18 as long as they have no emergencies or breakdowns. Funny that my situation doesn't seem to be an emergency. Im confused.
Don’t Trust Them. We made payment arrangements and they put a on lean our home in less than 2 months. Weren’t even told about it got no letters or any communication from Jamison. Just a letter from an attorney. Buyer beware.
