In conclusion to my review that I wrote ony manager Hector has been settled to my liking. We spoke about this situation and the other tenant understands he was unable to have the space. I will always be up front with any issues with my manager and expect he will do the same. Truth is the light and the only way to live. I didn't misunderstand Hector because another tenant over heard the conversation, and she felt it was wrong as well. But we understand each other now and it has been settled. I have never been so angry at a company as I am right now with the manager at 13930 Chadron. I had to just deal with the second set of squatters whom they just got rid of. But 4 months ago before they got the squatters out I ask for the parking space next to me #104. Well I was lied to by the manager Hector for months that I could have the parking space I just had to wait for them to move. I in turn saw Hector in the vacant apartment and ask him could I take the space on June 12th. He then tells me he gave the space to a man... read more

Jamison is a superb company. Especially when it comes to our landlord Walter his Leadership his high Standard in Operating Policy’s and making sure we are all comfortable and safe in our homes. Jamison is very reliable when something does not work help is available asap no matter what it is. The company service is always on time. They get the job done and always call back for a feed back. They always give a 24 hour notice before entering your house/ apartment. The complex is always clean and the tenants are very respectful toward one another. "IF" there is any problems the company will do there best to solve them (speaking about my complex 😊😊).
