I made an same day appointment to see Dr. Alhashidi on ZocDoc. I leave my house 45 minutes before my appointment at 3:30 because it's a 35 minute commute for me and as I am on my way there I receive a call at 3:06 from the office asking to reschedule. They told me they don't see new patients this late. Why was this appointment available to book then? Furthermore why was I not informed earlier by the office? That was unprofessional. I don't appreciate the disregard for my time and energy in seeking care.
