I had my eyebrows threaded, an organic facial, and applied henna to my hair at Jamila’s Salon — and all three services were amazing! Jamila is so gentle, professional, and really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. My eyebrows were beautifully shaped, the facial left my skin feeling fresh and glowing, and the henna color turned out rich and vibrant. The salon is clean, relaxing, and has such a welcoming vibe. I was sitting in the waiting room, 10 minutes before close, waiting for my partner to finish up with a quick appointment because it’s over 110 degrees outside. I had his service dog, a very calm, miniature, dachshund, in my lap and a woman kicked me out. I was considering using this salon but I will not return because of her rudeness and inability to see the exception required for our situation.

Do not misunderstand me: Jamila does fantastic work. Her threading skills are unmatched. My brows always come out clean, perfectly shaped, and camera-ready if they ever have to be. I’ve used henna on my own a couple of times with good results, but having it done professionally by Jamila was a complete game-changer. The difference was day and night. She applied it with great care, covering every inch, and even finished with a heating cap for the best results. Love the facials and eyebrows here. I also go here for Henna. Jamila is gifted with numerous takents and what really stood for me was her Ayurvedic and ancient knowledge on utilizing various fruits and herbs to prepare customized all organic natural facial products that I had been looking for a long time.
