These guys are not responsible for. Their lack of communication is much to be desired. They started a job at my house and NEVER finished it. I've called numerous times, email, requested service and nothing. Jamie has given me the sorriest excuses ever, from a grandma dying, to being sick and to "we're coming out the next day" and never shows up. I'm beginning to think that if you are not a certain type, they want nothing to do with you as a customer.
Jamie and his crew did an excellent job on my house. They were professional and extremely reasonable. Very knowledgeable with Govee permanant lighting. Can't wait to have them come back and do my landscaping. A+++++++
Never showed up multiple times after telling us they were coming. Worst communication I’ve encountered with a contractor. This has been going on for 3+ weeks now. Last communication was that we are his next job and was coming yesterday, again didn’t show up and no call or text - it’s insane. I come from a contracting background and understand the hurdles of scheduling, weather delays, inspection delays, etc and have been understanding up to this point but to not show up when you say you are over and over again without a call... read more
