Dr. Switzer is knowledgeable, personable and efficient. I have had several appointments with her via Telehealth and didn’t feel rushed to complete the visit. Scheduling has been easy and I didn’t have to wait a month to get an appointment. A family friend recommended her and I am grateful for the introduction.

1st Problem: On my first office visit, Dr. Switzer was running 45 min. late. The office staff did not use the phone number I provided on the pre-registration forms and instead used an old phone number they pulled from an outdated system, so obviously they never reached me to suggest a reschedule. 2nd Problem: After waiting 4 months to get a physical, the doctor canceled for "personal reasons" the day before my appt. 3rd Problem: It took another 8 weeks to get back on her schedule for the physical.
