Stull real Estate was the real estate that I decided on in 2006 because of their attention to the details of the transactions and their concern regarding their clients. I must include the patience of Karen Stull when I was trying to purchase a Short Sale property. Over a ten year period, I have lived in 2 properties which were managed by Stull and never had a problem that wasn't promptly addressed. The staff treats it's tenants and clients like family, establishing a worthwhile sense of trust. They are #1 in my opinion.
They are great at taking your money and getting you in an apartment. We had to break the lease after 6 months because our son got an offer for job training. We gave them 30 days notice, put up our own flyer to help sell it, showed the apt ourselves, got a renter, left our microwave and half the furniture to spice the deal, and so she picked up on the lease where we left off.
