Jamie has been so wonderful and supportive. She gave me a meal plan, a grocery list, and reasonable goals. It was so easy to follow and I feel healthier and I’m losing weight. She also gave me practical solutions for choosing healthier when eating out. After only a short time, I have lost weight and there are noticeable improvements in my digestive health. I highly recommend Jamie. She will help guide you and encourage you to achieve your goals.

Jamie was wonderful. After a surgery in sept 2024 I experienced complications of diverticulitis with 2 abscesses in my intestines. My doctor suggested a certain diet to keep the diverticulosis under control. I started seeing Jamie and she helped me with a high fiber diet. I followed her advise and 6 months later my mri and bloodwork results were all normal. My dr. was thrilled. Highly recommend Jamie. She is professional and listens to your concerns. She helped me thru a tough time. Thank you Jamie!
