I went in a little apprehensive, but was quickly put at ease. Even going through the testing process, while I felt a little stressed, I was comfortable with the staff.
Dr Pollock is terrific. Very thorough and detailed and an expert in her field. My cognitive therapy has benefited me greatly with improving memory. I suffered a severe frontal lobe injury 11 months ago. This Theropy is a life changer. But it is not easy and requires motivation and discipline to want to get better. I am going through this for my wife and my grandchildren who I want to be full active and present for. J. Evans
Dr. Pollack truly cared about me and making sure that my needs were being met. It can be uncomfortable going somewhere after getting a TBI but the entire staff provided a relaxing environment. Dr. Pollack made certain to include all the other doctors on my treatment that I'm working with so everybody has the same information. It was a great feeling to leave there with a plan and hope. Thank You All!
Dr Pollack was very patient, understanding, thorough and saucy! I do recommend her! And....it was so refreshing to actually see a male working the front desk. Chris was very pleasant and professional!
