I’m so grateful for Dr. Messegee. My right leg was paralyzed after severe nerve impingement and now I can walk again. I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome, and the incision site is healing well and not doing the usual things my stretchy skin would do. If I ever need spine surgery in the future she will be the person I would seek out for help. I still have leg pain and some numbness in a few areas that hasn’t resolved but that’s normal and may take up to six months to get back completely. I’m so grateful for her help.
I can’t say enough good things about Jamie and Gina. Neurosurgery is not an easy journey, but they made the entire experience feel supported, thoughtful, and truly worth it.
