I absolutely loved my somatic breathwork session with Jamie!! I felt safe and supported and left the session feeling a lot lighter and more grounded. Jamie is dedicated to her craft and it shows. I really appreciated the way she held space for my unique experience so that I could feel comfortable expressing myself and being seen.

Having thick and voluminous hair, it has been such a journey to try to find the right stylist and I am sooo happy to have met Jamie !!
