ABSOLUTE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX I HAVE EVER LIVED AT! I HIGHLY do not recommend to anyone, if I knew how the management along with how the owner was I would of rather lived in my car. Between theft, lies, entering without permission, run down apartments, mold, bugs, the list goes on and on...also when it’s time to move out do not expect your deposit back. Spoke with a lawyer 9 out of 10 people do not get it back from them. Currently filing a small claim to get ours back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
Very poor quality homes. Little seriousness the administrator, high rents and houses in poor condition. Laundry is small.
RecommendedThe apartments are fairly spacious and have a lot of closet space. The location is great too. Just about everything you need is five minutes away.
Awesome new management! Extremely friendly and kind! Anytime we needed any help they were right there to assist.. Apartments are very spacious, and for the most part clean! Lots of closet space! Is there things that could use improvement, of course but no place is perfect! I think its an awesome apartment complex with awesome neighbors and awesome prices!! Couldn't be happier!

I gotta say after 3 years im happy to be out ! Neighbors above me were absolutely terrible and I'm so happy to be rid of them and have the police reports filed against them !
Beware of the scumbag old man in building 14 apartment 16!!! He is a sexist woman abuser and a low life ! His name is Joseph Rosato ! He goes after woman, gets in their face and threatens their families life ! Beware ! He is very unstable and very violent!
We were kind of unsure about this complex because of the bad reviews, but we were whilling to give it a shot because it said they were under new management. We were placed in a one bedroom apartment that was completly renovated (new carpet, new bathroom, kitchen) and i fell in love with it. It was perfect space for 2 people. So far ive been here for 4 moths, yes it may have some issues here and there, but when ever i called the office with a problem, she quick sent someone over in 5 minutes to come and help.
