This is the same as “Adam’s Oven and Grill” We tried this place after a few years of avoiding it because of bad services. Huge mistake. Ordered online and picked it up. Took 15 minutes longer than the expected time. Cheesesteak is just the “steak-ums” you buy at the grocery store and a $9 sandwich doesn’t come with fries. Stromboli and mozzarella sticks came with ranch instead of marinara sauce. Won’t be returning
Unfortunately, they were out of eggplant for my eggplant lasagna. But, they ran out to the grocery store, got some, and may the best darn eggplant lasagna I've ever had. My kids loved the spaghetti and meatballs. New favorite place for Friday night takeout.
Jamestown Oven & Grill is my new favorite restaurant. The Greek food is authentic & delicious! Our server was very attentive & friendly. You will not be dissapounted!
The worst service I had ever received in my whole life, literally. Called in to add to my website order and I was treated by the girl on the phone and the manager like an animal!!!!!
I placed my order in hopes of trying something new, it took over and hour and a half for me to get my food. The food wasn't even hot and my salad was literally just lettuce, nothing else not even croutons. Never again will I eat here. If you wanna try something new, take my advice and stick with what you know!!!
Not only did I call in my order at 11:50 and get it at 1:06 (I work about 7 mins away from them) but I called to speak with a manager about the wait and was told several lies about when I would get a call back. I did not ever get to speak to a manager even though I called 3 times. Each time I was told they would call back. This place has bad customer service. They took down my first review that went in depth about how bad the service was and I wouldn't doubt they deleted several other reviews. I would not recommend this plac... read more
