I was a dedicated Interlux user, but the lower cost of the TotalBoat line + free shipping convinced me to try their products out. I've been impressed with every product I've used, so now TotalBoat is my go to. Their products are better quality and lower cost than I can get on other brand names, even with our West Marine pro account prices. I have ordered from this Company before. The only problem is that I can't fine anywhere where you can check the status of your order. This Company should have a way the buyer can check the status of there order. I got a e-mail confirming the order but I have no idea when I am to receive it. Just says shipping Immediately. Need a way to track the order and know for sure when it is to arrive. Very pleased other than the guessing game as to when it gets to the address.
I ordered the Boss Grey Ghost gloves, and the way they were listed I thought that I would receive 12 pair at $6.54. These are not very good quality, but the price seemed right. I ordered 4, and expected to receive 48 pair. They only sent me 4 pair of these totally cheap gloves, and I paid over $12 dollars shipping. Now, I have to pay the shipping to return. This company seems to be scamming people. False Advertising, and OVERCHARGING people. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!
Awesome company and awesome product. I use Totalboat Gleem 2.0 on all my outdoor projects. Jamestown Distributors always ships out my product fast....and at great prices. Ordered late last night and shipped next day. Can't get any better than that.
I have ordered paint, epixy, materials and parts and have had excellent results and quick delivery. I have also had good results getting information on various from their people over the phone.
The part I love the most is the amount of extra goodies that always show up with my orders!
