I placed a order for varnish. There website specifically states *** ground shipping and my package would arrive Monday or Tuesday, so I placed the order. I am building a cedar strip canoe for a customer that wanted it delivered on Sunday Father's day. Which would have given me 4 full days to varnish and let 100% cure before moving. Then Jamestown distributors sends me an email that said your package was shipped *** sure post not ground and estimated delivery Thursday before Father's day Sunday. Terrible customer service, I accidentally ordered the wrong paint, and they won't even let me return it cause its hazardous, but they can ship the hazardous paint it to me?!?! do not use this distributor, just go to home depot or lowes. they accept returns. and wont steal your money. they do not care about their customers.
