I must agree this place is terrible. I went in for a tour today looking for a place for my mother in law and the customer service was non existent. No one was at the front desk. Angela, the APM barely offered any information unless I asked. Place looks dark and depressing. Dingy carpets, hallway smelled heavily of smoke. Call box broken. I understand it's tough out there for Seniors especially looking for affordable housing, my advice, start your search early and go with your gut feeling. Unfortunately I've already left a negative review of this place and have given this place only one star. If I could I would give it no stars. This place is absolutely terrible and I wouldn't recommend anyone move here. Should anyone move here they'll find out very soon that they made a very big mistake. The latest complaint is that we have a busted hot water tank. We didn't have hot water for 3/4 days. Was told by the maintenance supervisor he would return the next day at 9a.m. Not only did he not show up but was told he did... read more
The customer service is horrible & the caller alert cords are not able to function.
Don't move here. They dont care about anything but getting their overpriced rent. Black mold in furnace hot water heater rooms. Not taken care of by a mold remidation specialist. Tried to hide it with kilnz. Took a broom to the wall first. Fresh air vent is in that room that goes into living area. Didn't say they were coming back. Wrote a letter and they came back and ripped only part of the drywall out. Of course not done by a professional. For 2 months 5 entrances have had no security (people we pay for it in our rent) ask... read more
