When I moved in dirty floors/carpet, badly needed pest control, hall carpet dirty, lack of concern from staff
MF in live in James Common Apartment I love living there the staff is great any thing goes wrong in apartments they come and fix it right away the Manager is always there to answer my questions and Assist Manager they are always kind I have lived here 5years and the neighbors are kind as well it is a great place to live
Jamestown Commons is a comfortable and affordable place.
Was given notice that they were not renewing my Lease, gave no reason after over 9 yrs paying rent on time. I had the nerve to complain about having refrigerators that did not work. Over 4 used refrigerators, finally got a brand new one after inspectors came on 4 separate occasions.
