Absolutely disgraceful management. This strata company seems obsessed with pushing owners into accepting outrageous special levies with barely any meaningful transparency. The numbers have ballooned from AUD 7.5 million to AUD 21 million, and now an unbelievable AUD 40 million. I've had mixed experiences over many years with strata managers, and having a good one makes all the difference to the efficiency of a strata committee and general strata life. Our current Strata Manager, Palak Kapoor, is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and pragmatic - making her one of the best I've worked with across my 25+ years with Jamesons.

I have had dealings with Kirsty Van Oosten for a year now and have been impressed by her professionalism and prompt responses. Having had many dealings with a number Strata managers (from other property management companies) I can say, Kirsty comes out on top.

Koz and I have known John Sacre for several years now and have benefited from his extensive knowledge and expertise. He has helped us through some very difficult and challenging situations. He works in the interest of all owners skillfully resolving any issue. We feel fortunate to have John at Jamesons Strata Management as our Strata Manager.
