Extremely poor experience with Jamesons Strata Management. Communication is consistently lacking, with emails going unanswered for weeks or ignored entirely. Serious building issues, including ongoing leaks, have been left unresolved for months, causing significant damage. Our strata manager, John Sacre, is very difficult to contact and responses are slow when they do arrive. Basic maintenance and urgent matters should not take months or years to address.
