Liz is amazing. She is very focused on the sales transaction, whether you are a seller or buyer. Her abilities and knowledge allow her to efficiently determine what is the optimum way to proceed. She's very clear in her explanations. And she does know what's best. My homes have been bought and sold efficiently and profitability. She's been my realtor for two transactions - so I know.
My agent and I contacted a listing agent for a property listed for rent at 4949 S. Lacrosse and my agent did a showing. After the showing I still had a few others to see before I made a decision. I decided to move forward with the rent listed by Rebekah Butler. I ask before submitting any paper work was the owner going to remove the property if I decided rent since the property is listed for sale and for rent. I was told that it would be removed.
