Very disappointing experience. While the warehouse roof was being repaired, debris damaged my vehicle’s windshield. Another employee’s vehicle was also damaged in the same incident. I immediately reported the damage, took photos, and contacted management requesting that they cover the repair costs. Despite providing all the necessary information, I have received no response and no effort has been made to resolve the issue. Jameson has come through for McGuire many times. Most recently, after a building we manage lost its roof membrane due to unprecedented winds, Jameson coordinated with our insurer and mobilized quickly to install a temporary roof in under two weeks. Hats off to John and the team for their hard work!
