I've lived at the Jameson for 2 years now and they are hands down the best in fort worth. The pool is what got me as when I was looking a friend told me about how great their pool looked. Applying was a breeze and the staff has been nothing but great. I will for sure renew again!!!! Love the staff best in ftw!!! They have always been helpful and kind when I needed it. Multiple things that I had issues with during my rent. I was not going to write a review until I got charged 300 dollars for paint and my move out charge was conveniently only 20 dollars below my 1000 dollar deposit. Others have complained about not getting their deposits back. First, my apartment had roaches in the bathroom the entire time I was there. Pest control came multiple times and they did not go away. Don’t live here! You will pay too much for it not to be invested back into your living. They claim it’s luxury, what is luxurious about no safety, cameras either don’t work or they are pointed towards the Main Street, not towards your cars that are parked in their parking lot. Oh and a tow truck circles our parking lot more worried about non residents parking there, than they are about someone taking the tires off of a car. If you wanna feel safe, secured and not worry about your stuff getting stolen. Do not live here! I had 4 of my tires stolen and they basically said they can’t do nothing about it. How about you get more cameras to where we can actually see. Get better security and fix the gates. They had nothing to say but when my trash isn’t put out at the same time i get a lease violation!
Love living here! Extremely well-maintained, property, secure and quality amenities. I especially appreciate how communicative management is.
