I’ve had an amazing experience with this apartment! No problems at all. There’s a train but you get used to it.
Coming up on my 5th year at the Jameson and I can’t complain one bit. I wouldn’t have renewed all these years if I didn’t enjoy being here. Even recently moved from a 1-bed up to a 2-bed unit. I’ll be here for another 5 years if that’s where my life takes me. I’ve seen a LOT since I’ve moved in but I can honestly say that things have only moved in a positive direction. Great place to live! Peaceful complex, great Amenities and fitness center. Staff and maintenance are so helpful and always get things taken care of in a timely manner.
my dad lives here and his motorcycle got stolen, car got broken into . Multiple neighbors got garages broken into. This place is not safe, all the amenities don’t work half the time , pool gets closed so often, the front gates never close letting anyone in. New management is awful it’s going so down hill.
I’ve lived at the Jameson for some time and have loved how staff does everything. Any concern I’ve had it’s met with quick resolution. I’ve had a couple of noise complaints with neighbor and when coming to Josie she handled it immediately. Tracy has always been kind and we’ve had a few good chats when she’s free. Overall I love it and how hands on the staff is was always the best part.
