Never met this guy but he’s now spamming me. I’m not even in the GA market. Hate to do this but buying lists and spamming people has really gotten out of control.
Worked with him a few years ago when he was with The Trisha-Cook Team to purchase my home which was a decent experience. Bumped into him a few years later and I should have ran when he started bad mouthing The Trisha-Cook Team about how he was severely under-compensated. Now with Chucktown Homes, he lured me in with his "I'll do whatever makes you feel comfortable" performance. I am relocating to the Savannah GA area from another state and my first experience up to my on going experiences with James has been exceptional. Even though I am not ready to purchase a home yet, he still took the time to connect me with recourses to prepare me for when that time comes.
