Getting an appointment here was a struggle from the start. I tried to schedule a visit for my baby's flat head when he was 5 months old, but the staff insisted we wait until 8 months and thats the only time that the doctor decides whether he needs a helmet or not. After I pushed back, they agreed to see him at 7 months. Unfortunately, when we finally saw Dr. James Lieu, he completely dismissed my concerns and told us to wait 2 more months anyway.Trusting my gut, I went to another clinic instead.
