Steven Chang helped me purchase my home right before the pandemic started. He was patient in showing me places that were within my price range and having the things I was looking for in a home. The best part was how easily he could talk to my mom and put her at ease. The rest of James's team are great. Quick to help with information and providing feedback. They got everything I needed put together so I could get through settlement during a time of uncertainty.
Craig Johnson, or as I called him Craiggory, and the James Wu team were incredible to work with. For one, Craig is always available, always friendly, and easy to work with. Craig treats you as if you were family and really cares about his profession. Mr. Wu and his team were incredibly intelligent, thorough and accommodating. They provided a moving van, boxes, tape, and a bunch of other amenities to assist without being asked. Very thankful for the opportunity my wife and I had to work with Craig and the James Wu team.
My wife and I worked with James Wu and his team a number of times between 2019 and 2020. He helped us sell three houses (our house, my in-law's house, and a rental property that we owned), and every time made the entire experience smooth and painless. We purchased and sold our homes 2 times so far with Steven Chang and the James Wu Team. I highly consider having them for your next home purchase. Steven is very genuine and honest when it comes to what you want and he does his best to do everything within his means to get the home you truly want without breaking the budget.
