My daughter tried to buy a car from this place and she told the salesman Larry that she wouldn't have the $500 down for a few days...he told her to come back the next morning and he would let her take the car...she called him all morning long and wasn't there until about 11 that morning, on the way over we stopped and got insurance on the car. When we got over there he told her NO that she couldn't take the car without the $500 down, opposite of what he told her the night before. She was very upset and we went to get the insurance money, they told us to get a letter from James Wood stating that she wouldn't be purchasing the vehicle.. the salesman Larry was very rude to her and when we got back over to the insurance company the lady called Larry and was talking to her and he rudely hung up on the lady at the insurance company. My daughter took off work because she thought she was going to buy a car from James Wood Neighborhood Autos....luckily, she wound up buying a car through Bill Utter Ford with Ken Cady and was so helpful and informative and gave her some great advice on purchasing a vehicle, plus she got a much better car at a lower price than at James Wood....Ken Cady at Bill Utter Ford is the most honest car salesman I've ever dealt with and we will be using him from now on....Larry at James Wood tried to be under handed with my daughter and caused us a lot of grief and time and money today.....

James Wood Note Lot was an unexpected pleasure I test drove a spider with my son one day for about an hour and a half. We went out to lunch and took a country drive. With the top down might I ad. The sales man was patient and considerate. I did not end up getting the car but remember the service. Nice
