Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Yes, they examined my teeth thoroughly Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Staff was very polite. Orthodontist was very argumentative and did NOT want to answer questions. Would yell at my daughter and tell her she was just lazy. Bands were placed incorrectly on the braces. Child has checkup every three weeks but mistake was not corrected until 7 months later. Doctor would not discuss the band placement with us, blamed us for the incorrect placement and told us to find a different doctor! Doctor seems very defensive and stated several times "do not ever question me". Not worth the stress!

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left
