Ive battled disabiling back pain for 6years with meds only. A spine doctor ordered an MRI in 2 areas of my spine. Steroid injections were recommended for lower back and had 3 sets of shots in 4 locations which helped lower back pain. On 1st visit to Doc Willis he said i was already getting injections and nothing he could do. I mentioned my 2nd of 3 back problems was big issue. Was dismissed from my pain management when I got referred here. Had the appointment scheduled. Was told he does his injections at a surgery center in Sacramento which is almost 2 hours from me. I showed up the day of procedure and was told that it was canceled the day before because I was the only patient. Called the office and was told that they left a voicemail, which I never received and they wanted to reschedule for next week even though they are aware that I work.
