Great care from trauma team. Only negative is that they sent me home on July 4th and none of us problem solved not being able to get pain meds on the holiday (I have 5 rib fxs and PTX/HTX.). I was in a lot of pain only being able to take Tylenol until Sunday afternoon when Publix opened. Now playing catch up with the incentive spirometer and not taking good deep breaths bc of the pain. My experience was to meet Dr James upon admission. We were looking at a stomach blockage and possible surgery. His team did NG to drain my stomach. The suction evidently removed blockage- no surgery. YEAH! That was my only dealing with a doctor. Hospital staff and nurses were fantastic. Rated 5 of 5. Even with all tge stomach pain- they did great.
