Great Doc, least invasive methods used and willing to break it down and explain treatment to me. Also, offered different payment options and still submitted to my insurance for me every time I was in the office. Staff was super friendly.
horrible experience. money hungry company. rude staff. Dr Moodt does not listen to patients. none of my pain was resolved and im out 1500 dollars because he does not take insurance either. left me with more of a headache. terrible people and Doctor
Needs more of a modern approach. My appliance was before the xray. My top appliance was useless. Normally I clench my back teeth while I sleep. This new top appliance now forces me to clench my front two teeth with my top front teeth causing a front neck strain and a large spasm in my front neck. I was told wear my bottom appliance to bed which then allows me to clench my back teeth. He altered the top piece and I'm still clenching in the front waking to swollen eyes & jaw/neck pain.
