This office has gone down hill over the years. The care that Dr. Garner and Julie provide is not what it used to be. Julie used to listen and take so much time and really try to get to the bottom of what is going on. Now it seems she is distracted, I won't go so far as to say uncaring, I don't think that's completely true. However, she doesn't seem to always listen and at times talks over me, or rather, doesn't allow me time to finish what I need to say. I'm not sure what has changed, but I don't like it. This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Was the waiting area spacious? This isn't about politics. This is about medical care denied for reasons currently vague and basically unknown why. Julie Ludwig of Garner's office is/has attempting to transfer me after I Open Carried my pistol to their office. I asked without OC'ing the first time I entered if they minded me OC and not leaving it in my vehicle vulnerable to theft and was told that was fine.
