Horton decided not to renew my script even though I had appointment with her in 4 days. On top of that, she is retiring and said she can give me next prescription for only 90 days. Why I was wasting my time today? Very poor service and care of other people.
Office staff are slightly rude and impatient whenever I call them. Would appreciate it if they were kinder and more helpful with questions even if the questions seem minuscule to them.
