James Flanagan became a new Dr at my DR office and it's the worst thing that could have happened. I have been on the same meds for 6 years, I made a check up appointment and he stopped ALL of my meds that day. I have been a complete mess since. Horton decided not to renew my script even though I had appointment with her in 4 days. On top of that, she is retiring and said she can give me next prescription for only 90 days. Why I was wasting my time today? Very poor service and care of other people.
Office staff are slightly rude and impatient whenever I call them. Would appreciate it if they were kinder and more helpful with questions even if the questions seem minuscule to them.
