Today my 90 yr old Mom and I were at the Ashton building & after bad doctor's visit had to wait 2hrs for skilled nursing taxi, Mom in wheelchair. I knocked over soft drink in lounge & Danait from Guest Services walking by saw it and stopped to help, bringing paper towels, then sent custodial. Later, Mom had to go to RR. NO ONE could help her at Ashton building, then when she had an accident and I asked for a diaper, no one would help. I took her to women's RR myself (I'm male & new at all this). Very nice
I saw Dr. Anjali Shah for assistance with my MS and use of my wheelchair. Dr. Shah is very kind, friendly, and professional. She made recommendations for physical therapy and my wheelchair. I thoroughly enjoyed visiting with her and her staff.
