Dr Viapiano is very caring and professional in his duties. He is an excellent doctor whom I trust.
It is ridiculous that as a patient I cannot get in touch with my physician because the staff at the front office won't let me speak with him. Spoke with a Stacy and an Olivia at Dr. Viapiano's office and these people have no empathy for patients who are in pain. None, they are truly in the wrong field. I have never experienced any situation where you cannot speak with the physician who is treating you. Excellent staff, caring and kind physician! Dr Viapiano has a wonderful bedside manner and went out of his way to explain the procedure he performed. All team members A+ Highly recommend!
This was my 2nd Cervical Spine steroid injection. My 1st one lasted essentially for a year. This injection has worked extremely well. Every interaction with Dr. Viapiano and his staff has been outstanding. I recommend this practice as highly as possible.
