Dr. Osteen and his staff were easy to talk to. Wonderful lab staff.
Very quick Friendly Not pushy
My visit went well. The lady in the billing office was very cordial and helpful and even corrected a problem with my supplemental insurance information. Labs went smoothly then into another wait area to see Dr Osteen. I finally was called back to an exam room, the wait time there was a bit long but my visit with Dr Osteen was worth the wait. He took time with me and asked me a lot of questions and explained the benefits of the injection I would be getting and he asked me if I had any questions before I was escorted to anothe... read more
