I just wanted to share with everyone how James Tan real estate and Carlton Sue help me with restoring and selling my home. James was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the home buying process. We had a few hiccups along the way but we always felt that James had our best interests at heart. He is very experienced and shared his knowledge with us in more than a few late night phone calls. He was very responsive, patient, and thoroughly explained everything in great detail whenever we had any questions.
James has been fantastic throughout the years. He’s been a great help with finding deals for rental properties and getting our primary residence.
