James and team sold my mom's house (84yo). He was patient with her through the process, and told us exactly what we needed to do to sell. We got our asking price and house sold quickly. James did exactly what we asked of a seller's agent. He made the entire process seamless and stress free. I would recommend James and team to anyone. Great job!

Sal helped my husband and I with selling our house in Clarkston and the purchasing of a new construction in Macomb. Sal is great to work with on both ends. Our experience in working with Jesse Dion was very positive all the way. He is very responsive and makes himself available for questions as went went through the home search and purchasing process. His knowledge of the ins and outs of the market and various conditions within any given home was very helpful as we toured and considered various houses. Yvette was/is fantastic!! She did an excellent job helping me with every step along the way. This was my first time buying a house so I wasn't really sure about what to look for or things to avoid, but Yvette was always honest about every house we looked at. She seems to really care about finding her clients the right house for them, regardless of how many it takes. She was always available if I had any questions along the way and always on time. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor for my first home purchase!!
