From the moment I walked it it felt like a scam to get money from me and my insurance company. The people working there were sully. They didn't let any family in while people were being infused, the "internet" they provided didn't work, and it felt like they did everything to get you including a doctors appointment you didn't know you would have, you didn't need BUT you had to pay for. I have never felt as if a group cared so little for their patients as these people did.

I have Molina and my Dr retired. Through the MOLINA website I found Dr. Lee and was trying to schedule an initial appointment and physical - first off no one answers the phone...they only text and send emails - which is fine I guess...but.....RUTH at intake or whatever you call it will send a 7 page email for you to fill out...and then send a pic of your insurance card - which i did with Dr Lee's name blatantly on it - for which RUTH was extremely rude and only replied a week later saying they do not take MOLINA - but on the... read more
Dr. Lee was extremely patient and helpful with me. Him and his assistant Ruth are very nice and accommodating. Passed on several referrals I needed within the hour.
