My 8 year old great nephew saw Dr. Bilbo for a ankle sprain. Dr. Bilbo and his staff were absolutely wonderful with him. A potentially scary experience for a child, turned out to be very positive experience!! Everything was explained to my nephew in a way he completely understood. He's having to wear a boot for a few weeks and he completely understood how to use and care for it as the staff explained it to him. Just a very positive experience. Terrific experience with Dr. Bilbo. Knowledgeable, professional, practical and approachable. He is eager to avoid invasive procedures unless deemed necessary by the failure of less invasive attempts. However, if I needed surgery and I would definitely want him doing it. The guy oozes experience and competence while maintaining his accessibility. Hell of a nice guy, too.

I love Dr. Bilbo! After struggling for months I went to him for a second opinion, and everything I was going to say to him, he said first! This man knows what he's talking about and he is so friendly and funny! He's preforming my surgery in 2 weeks, and I'm so glad to have him onmg side!

He’s always very willing to answer questions and discuss all options for treatment. He truly cares for his patients.

He refused to consider any aid to me since I was in a wheel chair and overweight. Three years later my knee is fused and immobile and I have lost 90 pounds. He made me feel like a piece of garbage and had no empathy. Definitely not in the practice for compassion.
