Originally had an appointment for 9:45am, was called at 9:30 and told it had been pushed forward. Get there at 10:15 waited for over an hour before seen. To which I had to guide him through how to fill out a medical form for a drivers license. All up I was seen by him for no longer than 10 minutes. I am then charged for a double consultation $130. My husband attended this clinic yesterday. It was the only one in Yeppoon to accept a new client. The booking process and reminder phone call was friendly. The doctor was thorough and professional. We would definitely recommend.
Personally wouldn’t attend this medical centre if you are expecting a baby. I had issues with Dr Kyaw Oo leaving out crucial details. When asked for a new female dr, I was refused. I made an official complaint, it was acknowledged by Hayley the practice manager and 3 months on its never been followed up.
Cannot speak highly enough of this practice. The doctors are indeed a rare breed, taking time to treat you holistically and paying attention to you and your needs. I’m so grateful to have found them to be my family doctors
