They treated my mother terrible!! I work in the medical field; I was always told treat them like your own loved ones. So my question is..Dr Yvonne Tsay.. is that how you would treat your mother? Disappointed my her unprofessionalism. Terrible work I must add too that my mother had to live with for the rest of her life. I don’t recommend this place at allllll!

I had stopped going to the dentist for longer than I care to admit because of some really bad experiences. A co-worker recommended Dr French when I had an issue that couldn’t be ignored any longer. Since that first visit I have been a regularly patient. He is gentle and always has my comfort in mind. The technology is up to date and his staff is very good as well.
This is an outstanding dental practice. Wonderful dentist and hygienist! There is no unnecessary procedures done and no forceful up selling. Just fantastic care for your teeth! Not all practices are equal!!! Can’t say enough about how much I love this dental office!
Very skilled dentists and all other personnel.
The hygienists and doctors are always excellent. They take the time to get to know you and provide excellent care. We used to live just down the street from the office and 18 years ago we moved out to Baldwinsville. We tried to stay with JSDA but the location was difficult. We tried a dental office near our home, my family of 4 went once and said we are going back to JSDA. And we were back in a flash! That’s how much we love our Dentist and Hygienists!❤️

I'll admit, it was awhile since I was at the dentist. I was nervous but dental hygienist Laurie was great and made me feel better and not so nervous. Great experience. I'll be back.Thank you!
I saw that your French he was an excellent excellent dentist came right to the point tell me what had to be done and very pleased answered all my questions and I would highly recommend him in his whole staf
