Terrible customer service and they do not stand behind repair work. Manager/owner was rude and condescending. Save yourself aggravation and go to a reputable Jewelers.
The salesperson called when the ring I ordered came into the store to tell me that the price had changed even though I already paid for the ring when placed the order. I had to tell them that if they changed the price then I don't want it anymore to get the price that I already paid.
