I came in for my appt with Dr Song and was taken to the examining room (where I sat for 40 min, which is understandable @ a doctor's office. This wasn't the issue, I just added for context). Never once did I see the Dr. I assume it was his assistant that I spoke with (who was very friendly, as well as the rest of his staff). We went over lab results etc, and again, not once did Dr Song come in to speak to me. But they did make sure that they collected my co-pay. Very unprofessional of Dr Song. Dr. Song is the only doctor I completely trust when it comes to my interstitial cystitis. He is extremely knowledgeable and kind. His office staff is professional and caring. He is the only doctor that was able to diagnose me...I saw quite a few doctors before I found this angel!
Been with Dr. Song for a decade. He’s cured me of bladder cancer and is now effectively treating my prostate cancer. He’s the most personal and detailed urologist in the area. Highly recommend.

I stayed loyal to Dr. Song for many years until I began to question all of the invasive procedures he insisted I needed at almost every visit. I finally decided to get a second opinion and discovered that the constant prostate biopsies and vaporizations were not necessary and could cause permanent damage. I have never written a review of any doctor, but decided that other folks should be warned. I highly recommend that you go to a different urologist.
I've been a patient of Dr. Song for over twelve years and in that time I had prostate & bladder cancer that he treated and cured. Therefore, I give him high marks.
I would strongly recommend that you get a second opinion . this is not a good doctor!!!
