I am very thankful that James and sons heating and cooling was able to help when I had a emergency situation. My air unit went out on Friday morning and the house was getting hot . My mom who is staying with me is under hospice care and bed ridden could not be moved . I was extremely worried how I was going to keep my mom comfortable . James and sons called me with a cancaellation so they were able to come out and fix ASAP !! I’m so grateful for their quick response and they fixed it right away . Thank you again
Dave of James & Son Heating and Cooling Inc. replaced the compressor in my unit today and for a very reasonable price. (I had been quoted a ridiculous price by another company who also misrepresented what was wrong with the compressor and the extent of the problem). Dave is so professional and knowledgeable. He found the issue quickly and went out of his way to educate me on what had gone wrong and what was needed to fix it. David J. and his team are amazing! They showed up earlier than expected, fixed the problem and had my heat going in record time. In addition, they also fixed my smoke alarm. After several companies worked on our Gas Pack, James and Son was the only one to diagnose the true problem and moved swiftly & worked tirelessly to help us with the home warranty company for a full replacement that was needed. Very professional and always on time. Delivered excellent customer service and would highly recommend this company. Wouldn't use anyone else.
