James was very helpful with his follow ups. We must have asked him 20 or more questions and follow up visits to the property that we eventually purchased. I was in sales more than 50 years. Big, Big compliment. Jim always answered his phone.

James was great. As an out of state trustee, it means a lot. James helped me navigate the FL market, as well as organize getting local contractors to handle the nuisance repairs that come with territory. Honestly? I don't know I would have been able to do it without him. If you want to sell a house in Ft Myers from outside the state, I don't think you could do better.
