I've been going to Dr Shumate since I moved to Jacksonville and he is one of the best physicians I've been to. Here and Richmond, Va.

I absolutely hate it there! yeah the girls are somewhat nice when you walk in. But as far as customer service goes or even answering the phones when you need help, forget about it. I have Prime, but I got billed because apparently I am still on another insurance. (I got married a year ago and cancelled my other insurance) So for 3 weeks, 3 WEEKS I tried calling the billing department and left multiple messages for someone to call me back.
